Security at Audria
Last updated July 27, 2026
Your conversations are the most sensitive thing you will put into a work tool. Here is how we hold them, who can reach them, and what happens when you delete them.
The basics
- Audria is an app for iPhone and Mac, built for teams that work from office. Sign in with Google or Apple.
- You start Audria yourself when you reach the office. It does not start on its own.
- The Mac app also captures your online meetings. It never adds a bot to the call.
- Audria drafts actions in the tools you already use. Nothing is sent automatically. Every draft waits for you to review and confirm.
- All of your data is stored and processed in the United States.
Deleting your account deletes your data
Most products say you may request deletion. Here is what we actually remove.
- Your conversations and transcripts.
- The search and recall indexes built from them.
- Your voiceprint and speaker enrollment data.
- All cached data held under your account.
- Every audio file we hold for you.
Access ends immediately. Your data is permanently erased after a 30 day recovery window, during which you can restore your account by signing in again.
Your voiceprint is deleted with your account
Audria recognises voices so it knows who said what. Your voiceprint and enrollment data are erased along with everything else when you delete your account. There is no separate request to make.
Delete any single memory, and restore it
You can delete one memory on its own, instantly. It disappears from your memories, topics, profile, home feed, search and assistant context at the same time. If you change your mind, you can restore it within 30 days. After that it is permanently deleted.
Your notes are stored in encrypted infrastructure
- Everything the app sends to and receives from Audria travels over an encrypted connection.
- Your data is encrypted at rest and backed up daily.
- Our database has no public internet address. It cannot be reached from the internet at all, only from inside our own private network.
- Recordings are held in private storage that is not publicly accessible. When you play one back, it is delivered through a link that expires shortly after.
No outside vendor watches your conversations
Every AI product runs monitoring tooling that sees prompts and responses, which means it sees your content. Almost all of them use a hosted vendor for it and do not mention it. Ours runs on our own private infrastructure, so no external monitoring company sees your conversations. What we see internally is anonymised, and is not tied to your name or email address.
Analytics record what you use, never what you said
Our product analytics record which features get used. Events are tied to an anonymous internal identifier, never your email address or device ID. No transcript content is sent to our analytics provider.
Access to our systems is restricted and logged
Administrative access requires verified identity, there is no direct access from the internet, and every session is logged. Our source code is protected by mandatory two-factor authentication and automated scanning for exposed credentials.
