What is Audria?
Last updated July 18, 2026
Audria is the agentic AI notetaker for on-site teams: it turns office conversations into completed actions in your tools, understands every person on your team, and gives Claude and ChatGPT the context of everything discussed. Turn it on once when you reach the office. Audria listens in the background, picks out the actual commitments from standups, desk visits, and hallway decisions, and drafts the follow-ups: emails in Gmail, tickets in Jira and Linear, messages in Slack, pages in Notion. You review and send. There is no meeting bot and no extra hardware.
What Audria does
Most AI notetakers live on your calendar. A bot joins the video call and mails you a summary. Audria is built for the majority of real work, which happens in person and off-calendar. It does three things:
- It listens where work happens. One switch when you walk into the office. Meetings, whiteboard sessions, desk-side reviews, hallway decisions, all captured from the iPhone already in your pocket.
- It drafts the follow-through. Every commitment becomes a ready-to-send draft in the right tool, tied to the exact words it came from. Nothing sends without your confirmation.
- It gives your AI context. Audria keeps a page for every person you talk to, tracks what you owe each other, and hands full conversation context to Claude or ChatGPT, so your AI starts from what was actually said.
What is an agentic AI notetaker?
An agentic AI notetaker does not stop at notes. It takes the commitments inside a conversation and executes the next step: it files the ticket, drafts the email, writes the message, and updates the doc, with a human confirming before anything sends. A regular AI notetaker gives you a summary to act on later. An agentic one hands you the finished action. Audria is built as an agentic notetaker from the ground up.
What is conversation to action?
Conversation to action is the idea Audria is built on: the spoken commitments of your workday should become executed work without anyone retyping them. You decide things out loud. Audria makes sure those decisions land in your tools as real, reviewable actions instead of disappearing when the conversation ends.
