Auto-draft emails from meeting conversations
Last updated July 18, 2026
Audria auto-drafts emails from your meeting conversations: when you say you will follow up, the email appears through the Gmail integration as a pre-filled, editable draft. You review the form, change anything you like, and tap Run to send. Nothing is sent automatically.
The follow-up writes itself
Say in a meeting that you will send the summary, make the intro, or reply to the client, and Audria turns that moment into an email action in your Today feed. The draft arrives pre-filled from what was discussed, in an editable form that saves as you type, so the two minutes after the meeting replace the writing you would have done that evening.
Review, then Run
Connect Gmail once from the integrations screen, where each integration lists its capabilities before you connect. From then on, every email waits behind the Run button: you read the draft, edit anything, and tap Run to send it. Nothing is sent automatically, and risky steps ask for an extra per-step confirmation.
From the room and from calls
Audria is built first for the conversations that happen in person, where follow-up emails get promised and forgotten most often. The Mac app extends the same capture to online meetings, with no bot joining the call. One conversation can produce the email along with a ticket in Jira or Linear and a message in Slack, each its own draft waiting for a Run.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change the draft before it sends?
Yes. Every email action is an editable form that saves automatically. Change the wording, fix a detail, then tap Run. Until you do, nothing leaves.
Is Audria free to use?
Yes. Audria is free during early access. You can download it for iPhone and Mac today from the App Store.
Does Audria need a meeting bot or extra hardware?
No. Audria never joins your calls and needs no extra device. It runs on the iPhone and the Mac you already have.
Which tools does Audria integrate with?
Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Jira, Linear, Confluence, Google Contacts, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Tasks, and Apple Reminders, with more coming.
Does anything send without my approval?
No. Every draft waits behind a confirm step and shows the exact words it came from. You review, then send.
