Auto-draft tasks from conversations into Gmail and Linear
Last updated July 18, 2026
Audria listens to your real office conversations, picks out the commitments, and automatically drafts them as ready-to-send Gmail emails and Linear tickets. Each draft carries the exact words it came from, and nothing sends until you confirm.
How it works
Turn Audria on once when you reach the office. As your day happens, it separates who said what and detects the real commitments: the ticket you described at a desk, the intro you promised over coffee, the follow-up email you said you would send. Each one appears as a pre-filled draft in the right tool, an email in Gmail or a ticket in Linear with the title, description, and context already written. You glance, edit if needed, and send.
Why source quotes matter
Every draft shows the exact conversation excerpt it came from. That is what makes the drafts trustworthy: you can verify in two seconds that the ticket says what was actually decided, not what an AI guessed. Teams stop re-litigating what was said because the source is attached.
Beyond Gmail and Linear
The same drafting works across Jira, Slack, Notion, Google Docs, Confluence, Google Calendar, and Apple Reminders. One conversation can produce a ticket, a message, and a calendar hold at once, each waiting for your confirmation.
Frequently asked questions
How does Audria know what is a task versus casual chat?
Audria looks for commitments: who agreed to do what, by when, for whom. Casual conversation produces nothing. When it is unsure, it marks the action as a maybe instead of drafting confidently.
Is Audria free to use?
Yes. Audria is free during early access. You can try it on iPhone today through TestFlight.
Does Audria need a meeting bot or extra hardware?
No. Audria never joins your calls and needs no extra device. It runs on the iPhone already in your pocket, with a Mac app coming soon.
Which tools does Audria integrate with?
Gmail, Slack, Google Calendar, Linear, Jira, Notion, Google Docs, Confluence, Google Drive, Google Contacts, and Apple Reminders, with more coming.
Does anything send without my approval?
No. Every draft waits behind a confirm step and shows the exact words it came from. You review, then send.
